Where to Begin...

Today I got the urge to try to update my website, maybe get some items listed for sale. Upon logging in, I got a prompt to add a blog to my site and thought "why not?"; I had a live journal back in the 2000s that I liked updating, and this would be an easy way to get thoughts out of my head at times, so here we are.

It's a sad day today with some happiness sprinkled in; I learned this morning that a coworker of mine passed away suddenly. He was a good friend and he shall be missed. I also updated my wedding website (http://www.theknot.com/skullcakewedding) with a page explaining the last name my wife and I will be going with. The name is Monroe, in honor of my late Grandma Rose, who was a very big part of my life and who I miss dearly. We were originally going to keep it a surprise for the day of the wedding, and it may still be to people who don't go to the website, but I'm in the process of changing my legal name and will be Paxie Rose Monroe before the end of March as long as their are no issues. We thought it'd be better to get my entire named changed at once, which will hopefully make it easier for my wife to change her.

I don't have much else to say today, but I'm hoping to update the blog at least once a week and will hopefully have more in the future. Take care of yourselves, all!
